Supporting cages DBV-ABS
Various systems are available to support the upper reinforcement or secure the gaps between reinforcing layers, e.g. in reinforced concrete walls. The choice of the correct system depends on the intended use, the structural details of the reinforcement work, the load during the construction process, the environmental conditions (corrosion protection) and the necessary supporting heights.
Standardised elements have been certified in accordance with the DBV Data Sheet and thus satisfy all of the requirements of DIN 1045-1.

TYPE OF CONTACT:
The cage rests on the lower reinforcement.
SUPPORTING HEIGHT:
The supporting height h is the result of the sheet thickness minus the concrete cover top + bottom and minus the reinforcing construction, see the example on the left.
